Makayla McDonald, 17-year-old member of the Women In Training, Inc. Leadership Development Circle, presented on December 1, 2021, at the National Youth Employment Coalition (NYEC) about her entrepreneurial activities with M&M Boutique. When Makayla discovered this paid speaking opportunity, she immediately shared the wealth with Breanna and Brooke Bennett, founders of Women in Training, Inc. The twins spoke at the conference about their work to end period poverty.
