My vision board helped me to see myself in a positive way.

It made me feel like the sky is the limit for me.

The Women in Training, Inc. Leadership Development Academy hosted the 2024 Vision Board Party, facilitated by WIT Board Member Tania Johns, on January 6, 2024. Each Monarch, or WIT Young Leader, created a poster board with images and words to describe their intentions for the calendar year. It was an afternoon of bonding between the Monarchs and Moms, and team building among the middle and high school young leaders and adult volunteers.
