Look at the Youngest WIT Volunteers from the United Way

Women in Training, Inc. have the youngest — and sweetest — volunteers, thanks to the River Region United Way.

Thank you to Ron Simmons, President and Chief Executive Officer, and Jan Mrozinski, Operations Specialist, for organizing a team of four United Way staff members (and two hard working granddaughters) who spent the day packing and delivering WITKITS of menstrual and hygiene supplies to agencies serving teen girls and women in Tuskegee and Montgomery, Alabama.

Theresa Floyd, Database Manager, along with her granddaughters, drove to Tuskegee to deliver WITKITS to girls at the Bridges TEARS Shelter for Runaway Girls. Zachary Ebert, Manager of Branding and Special Projects, delivered WITKITS to the Salvation Army of Montgomery, That’s My Child and Brantwood Children’s Homes.
